Clary sage flowers (1/2) and Bitter fennel seeds (2/2)
As the lavender and the lavandin, the clary sage is a typical culture from Provence region. It is the 3rd essential oïl production in terms of volume, after the lavender and the lavandin.
In 2013, we aim to integrate the clary sage, as well as bitter fennel, to the Censo approach. In order to reach these objectives, we are adapting the spécifications for each culture.
The first audits are going to take place in summer and autumn 2013 for a first harvest in summer 2014.
